We do not store any client data on hard drives connected to the internet. All client data is stored on secured, encrypted, managed cloud services, then deleted and back up on encrypted 128kb offline storage drives, when not in use. Whenever you email us new payment details and you have a balance of funds with our payment provider’s FCA client account, we will call the authorised user to do a security check.

Whenever adding new payment details to an account, our payment provider will review the details before officially adding them to protect against fraud. Whenever changes are made to any payee details on account our payment provider will automatically notify you. We cannot take instructions from anyone other than authorised users of the account The main authorised user of the account i.e. Director, Owner, has the right to set permissions and restrictions for other authorised users of the account.
